Two buttons/options to allow Franz to take over the player's character

Two clickable toggles, one for actions, one for dialog (both can be toggled at the same time) that let’s Franz write for the player’s character similar to the NPCs. Dialog will let Franz handle the dialog, the player can still type “What a nice day!” but Franz will rework it into something that matches the personality of the player’s character. Actions will have Franz write out what the players character is doing while moving the plot forward. Scenes where the party is sitting around talking, exchanging stories is perfect, Franz can use the player’s character backstory and history to generate dialog and actions for the scene without the player having to turn into a script writer.

💡 Feature Request

Inventory not updating with story even when asked ai to

Add repeatedly Franza Adventure Mode I’ve updated Threx Karn’s record to reflect the loot you should have received, but I needed a few details to make sure everything matches what you expect: Armor – You now have both the Insect Silk Jerkin (which was already listed) and the Berserker’s Embrace armor from the bandits. Which one should be equipped, or should Threx keep both (e.g., one as a spare)? Keep both. Weapons – The loot includes a chitin‑edged weapon (the generic melee weapon the bandits dropped) and the well‑oiled dagger with a chitin grip that was added to Sela’s inventory earlier. Do you want both items for Threx, or should they be considered the same piece?none these belong to sela. Currency – Threx should receive 45 gold pieces (from the bandits) plus 25 silver pieces (from the locked box). Should these be added to his current total, or should they replace his existing amount? Added to current totals Map – There are two maps mentioned: the crude Murkrun Forest trail map found in the backroom, and the bandit‑toll map from the locked box. Are these the same map, or does Threx get both? These belong to sela.

Quest Validation Errors (F&F B2 Build)

Bug Report: Quest Validation Errors (F&F B2 Build) Summary: Schema validation failures in Quest Paths #1 and #2 preventing successful quest completion/rendering. Environment: * Build: Friends & Family (F&F) Version: B2 (Beta 2) 1. Missing Asset References (Quest Path #1) The following fields are receiving null values, suggesting either missing mandatory assets or a failure in the data fetch for these specific POIs. Path: Quest Paths #1 → Completion Set Scene → Pois #1 → Map Image Path: Quest Paths #1 → Completion Set Scene → Pois #1 → Image Error: Invalid input: expected string, received null Suggested Action: Verify that image assets are correctly assigned to POI #1 in the CMS/Editor and that the file paths are being exported as strings. 2. Coordinate Data Type Mismatch (Quest Path #2) The map coordinates for monsters are being passed as floats/numbers, but the system's strict schema requires integers. Path: Quest Paths #2 → Completion Set Scene → Monsters #1 → Poi Map X Path: Quest Paths #2 → Completion Set Scene → Monsters #1 → Poi Map Y Error: Invalid input: expected int, received number Suggested Action: Cast the X and Y coordinate values to Integers before passing them to the validation schema, or update the schema to accept numbers.

🐛 Bug Reports

Look forward to seeing where this ends up

After playing a campaign in the Redemption world, I don’t I’m going to keep it going any longer. Right now there is too much hand-holding you have to do with Franz. - He invented new NPCs for the people I was literally with. I had to always update his messages with the character ids of the existing NPCs. Wish this could be better. - He had no concept of where things really were in the world (although I tended to ignore the map). Maybe that was due to map setup and distances or not. Generating new POIs for things we were already nearby. When I say I’m going in to the store, I mean the one that is literally right in front of me, not a new POI called ‘The Store’. I had to change location almost every time to make sure we were in the right spot, moving the NPCs as well, and deleting POIs he created. - There is sometimes too much for him to keep track of that a human GM wouldn’t forget. Prior NPC interactions, relationships with other NPCs, etc. that the current interface just doesn’t support. I tried to keep things in either context blocks, or direct him to a lore page with prior interactions to keep things easy for him, but he still seemed to not look at that stuff. - The 2 encounters I did with wild west combat were wildly awkward, with AC that were super high for some bad guys that never missed. - For small scenes it did work, but anything with more than 3-4 people seemed to be too much. I could see this be good for a one-shot. But a longer campaign, I’m not sure at the moment, as there was just too much I needed to correct after ever Franz message.
