Scaling enemy CR with squad level

What's up creators. I am a noob so I hope this catches the right person's eye who can help. Absolutely love the game, and that's why my characters can probably not have on any gear and still one shot boss mobs in combat. If you love the game, you're going to play it a lot. If you plat it a lot, your squad is going to inevitably level. And it doesn't matter if you go into combat gearless, you're still going to oneshot everything. Is there any way we could get enemies’ CR to scale up with our squad? Also, we can't scroll down to view the entire contents of our inventory. I'd you're a GM, I would appreciate you sending this up the latter. If I'm writing in the wrong place, perhaps some good Samaritan could take my message and pass it along? Anyway, thanks gang.
