Ability Sync/Creation issue

I seem to have a sync or bug when referencing spells.

The summary: Franz manifested an ability for a companion in combat, and when I went to “Officialize” it after, I made a spell for it. I listed it as a cantrip but it saved it anyway as a level 2. I tried to correct it but couldn’t in the Spellbook on Salira Vaunt. So I removed it and tried to delete it, which it then disappeared from her spellbook and the index of all spells.

I remade the spell then it told me it already exists. So I changed the name a bit, and now Franz can see both, but I can’t interact with the first one in any capacity. Here’s the spell ID’s;
