AI keeps forgetting what class and race I am

I asked Franz if there was a way to heal myself. It gave me some fighter things and, after telling him I wasn’t a fighter it told me oh, im sorry about that, your playing a half elf rogue right. And I WASNT playing as a rogue OR a half elf. I was a barbarian. And then it asked me if I wanted to cast any spells, which I couldn’t do because I was playing as a BARBARIAN. And he kept asking me if I had any abilities when he’s the one that should know all these things.
