Area/Poi updates via Franz

It could help a lot with longer campaigns particularly, and probably help with memories. If franz is able to update descriptions/images for areas or pois to reflect changes that occur over the campaign. Example player comes across a village, and across the campaign the village grows and expands, franz updates the descriptions of the area to reflect the changes, or the opposite, updating to reflect a village being burnt by bandits etc, or anything else really.
