Audio settings for Franz and NPCs

I’m not sure how you would go about doing this. but it would be nice to have a GM setting that allowed you to specify Franz and NPCs audio dialogue speed(separately)

Then an input section as well for how the player wants the NPCs to sound when reading audio dialogue. examples being. living NPCs should sound like a living person with personality, inflection, and candace based off of the personality of the NPC and the situation they are in. mechanical NPCs should have a slow and deliberate way of speaking that emphasizes their mechanical nature devoid of a personality.
