Better GM instructions for franz

Instead of having GM instructions solely be for influencing franz’s writing style, I think it should allow for simple “if then” statement style gameplay rules, for example, if a player says “Red” to franz then franz should respond with “I like apples.” or situations like if an NPC takes off their shirt then franz should check if they have a shirt item equipped and unequip it. Franz very loosely does this and loses the plot with certain actions.

(as a side note, my hope is that the “lore” system will improve this by allowing creators to more clearly define actions, history, etc.)
