Can’t acces my account?

HI! I just yesterday created an account, and payed for the version where I can create a game for me and 3 friends. Now I was playing a bit, but out of nowhere, the whole window bugged, and closed down, then I tried to log back in, but it showed like I was creating a whole new profile. So I clicked in, and now it says again I have a “free trial”, all my characters and world is gone. What can I do? Did I just throw away hours of creativity and 20 euros? Thank you, Denis.
