Character Sheet and Narrative Discrepancies

Consistently throughout the narrative, Franz has created a detail that strengthens NPC quality. However, the narrative details assigned and crafted by Franz are not being transferred and respected by the character sheets, inventories, statuses and the like. Instead, I am having to go in and change each item and detail manually, despite Franz telling me he has updated mechanics and records to correct the discrepancy, further interrupting the narrative and encouraging a lack of story memory as I try to work out the issues.
