Characters disappearing and glitchy bridge

Idk about others but i had a healer disappear for no reason and when I crossed a bridge and explored a caverns, Franz still thinks I'm on the bridge. I have to keep rolling dexterity to see if I fall off this bridge that I'm not suppose to be on.
