Combat. Franz forgot npc =problem

Started a combat, and after rolling initiative so did I notice franz forgotten the npc. I point it out and Franz adds the npc. But as the npc got higher initiative than the previous monster going first, Franz suggest the monster goes first, but it isn't possible as I only get an bug alert.
