Combat - npcs behaviors and dialogues

I think with those little messages npcs make before an action, their dialogues are a bit too generic. It would be better if Franz can read in combat the personality, mannerism of the npc, then the npcs can behave or says things , even making decisions based on their personality and mannerisms (and the combat situation of course)
