Unable to connect - click to reload issue

Title; connection bug. Previously, I had no issue, I paid for a starter subscription and as soon as I attempted to begin using it, I now have this problem constantly (refreshing and turning the device off & on have not helped and I have this issue on mobile and PC), it affects all my worlds even newly created ones. Is the problem on my end?
