Custom proficiencies and status bonus based on Race

Races currently does nothing special, but it could have custom fields at the creation window so we can put our own values.

For example, a ugly Demon surely will have intimidation bonus on its rolls, but not necessarily it has persuasion bonus. Don't you agree a lvl 20 Demon should have more then +6 bonus, since this is the same value a human does?

Another example, a lvl 20 charming vampire, or a succubus should have something like +10 at charm rolls (persuasion).

Also, RACIAL bonus stats should go well in this post.
