Customize Franz's starting message for World

It would be great to be able to change/customize Franz’s starting message for a World when beginning a campaign. The default message (“I'm Franz, your AI game master. You can start playing by typing a message to me below. Is there any particular way you want to start off the campaign, or should I dive right in?”) may be helpful for new users, but some may prefer an additional level of story immersion/customization.
