Eldritch Blast issue

Despite the fact I play as a Warlock and have Eldritch Blast, Franz has repeatedly told me I do not have that spell prepared and won’t let me cast it, but it’s a Cantrip, which is always prepared. It’s happened over multiple campaigns too.
