Encounter Adjustments

So, I can adjust encounters to add people Franz forgot, which is cool. I can’t add Monsters though, and that seems like a thing that should be editable.
Also, there’s not equipment used or available after a combat that really makes sense. Inventory Management needs some work. :)
Otherwise, this is AWESOME!!
