Franz' character creation bugging out

I introduced 4 new people to Franz by looking them up in a database I have in the campaign. I named all 4 people and a small description to see if Franz could do wonders with the characters backstory, appearance and the like. I then asked Franz to create the first name, and he responded with “Sure thing! Please give me a moment to create Herman Cross, Thomas Bison, Anastasia Volkov, Sigrid Odinsson...”

But he only made Herman and Thomas. He did not create Anastasia and Sigrid.
I then told him that he forgot to create the women and he apologized and tried again, but again it ended up in failure.

I tried to delete the phrasings and ask him to do it again, but same result.

Therefore I am now writing this feedback to let you guys know about this.
