Franz is constantly breaking in my campaign

I made another post about this but it's getting absolutely awful at this point. Just after the last time it gave me an empty message as mentioned in the replies of my previous post, it gave me other empty messages three times in a row, and then it proceeded to drop my characters shield in the last one for some reason. Whenever I try to undo action to get my shield back it gives me an error, and when I click on the thought process of Franz it just says that Franz is thinking forever.
