Franz isn't Doing Rolls

I haven't seen this issue before until I started a new campaigns days ago. I cloned a public campaign 3 days ago and Franz has only asked for me to do 2 rolls total since. I have done missions, massive amounts of downtime activities, social interactions, performances, reading and all sorts. There has been many opportunities for a roll call but he isn't doing them. I've had to retroactively ask for xp or there's no progress too - e.g. I was sent to a mirror world to collect an artifact - I had one single roll call on entry of the realm. None for speaking to the watcher, none in the room with the artifact or asking it for permission for me to take it. I didn't gain any experience for completion (not an official quest but a narrated mission, this has never been an issue before). I've never seen this in any other campaign.

I have asked 4 times for Franz to please include roll calls even in downtime. He keeps saying he will and suggesting the campaign keeps sliding into narrative focus. There's nothing in settings or instructions to reduce them, the toggle to reduce them isn't on either.

I love all your work btw, still one of my favourite things ever. I just hope this gets fixed otherwise I'll never reach level 8 for ritual caster lol.
