Franz ummm losing track very often

very often in my world i am attempting to build franz up and shoves random encounters down my throat repeatably and forgets what the encounter was supposed to lead to mid encounter so i end up with lots and lots of very bizzar one off encounters such as 2 guys break in trying to steal a ornate box from on e of the npcs to two guys in a ally are staring at the same npc two prompts later and quite frankly franz already broke in the first encounter and never recovered from it but is already shoving more encounters down my throught meanwhile the 3 different owners of the building i am in have 3 different narratives and 2 of them were LITERALY just employees before franz broke
