Franz uses selfimposed character limits for generating his text outputs

Since yesterday I encounter an issue where Franz posts unfinished sentences and texts over and over again after two or 3 sentences. So I asked him what his problem is and he told me this:

When I asked him since when the character limit was imposed, he said it was a glitch and he selfimposed a limit. He then proceeded to corrected himself. I am currently testing if the debugging helped. I do not know what started the whole ordeal though. His texts were not longer or more detailed then usual in the first place.
