Generic POIs

Franz has a habit of only using created POIs. An NPC will suggest a tavern that's 8 hours away when Franz could just make a generic tavern in the city I'm currently in.

Having an easy way to create generic POIs could make things easier. Franz could even edit the generic POIs to give them a name other than "Generic Building". Could even have it's own drop in for the world builder. Just drop it on the map and fill in from a drop down menu what kind of POI it is: Shrine, Statue, Fountain, Shop, Tavern, Inn, House of Worship, City Hall, etc.
