IMPORTING CHARACTER

Unable to import character from workshop “Serena” (made public now). I tried on iphone app, and desktop (mac). I deleted my campaign (recently started, no big deal) to see if thats why she couldnt be imported. Still same issue. Just gives a red error BUG message. My world is not public (there is definitely rated R content) so not sure how to send an invite to you.
