Inappropriate content

My world was marked private due to inappropriate content. Reading the guidelines, I dont believe it should have. Sure, its rated R, but according to the Guidelines, thats ok as long as its not the focus of the game (its not). Is there a way to find out exactly what needs to change in order for it to not violate the guidelines and be able to make it public?
