Issue with Unwanted Subscription Renewal – Request for Statement and Refund

I cancelled my subscription over two weeks ago (see Event ID) – yet today it was renewed and my account was charged again.

This is unacceptable.

I am requesting a statement from the dev team explaining why a renewal happened despite my timely cancellation. I also expect an apology for this incident and an immediate refund of the charged amount.

I no longer use the service, partly because it doesn't work reliably. An automatic renewal under these circumstances is not only unwanted – it's simply wrong.

I expect a prompt and clear response.
