Keep 5e classes but not races

Separate the toggle for 5e defaults into two toggles, one for default races and another for default classes.

at least until custom spell lists for new classes is implemented, its either you have the spellcasting feature and all the races, or no spellcasting feature and no races.

So if you want Franz to not make dwarves and dragonborne NPC's in your cyberpunk dystopia, you cant have the spellcasting feature.
