Long rests shouldn't be available back-to-back

I had a moment where Franz gave me a long rest when I started eating food… even though I already had a long rest literally minutes ago after I woke up from sleep.

First off, just sitting down to eat food shouldn’t be a long rest to begin with, it takes eight hours of rest for it to count as a long one. Arguably it shouldn’t even count as a short rest if it wasn’t at least an hour long.

Second, you can only long rest every 24 hours.

I think it’d be nicer if at least some of this stuff was taken seriously. Being able to completely refresh yourself from 1 hp and no spell slots back to full with a casual eating session is insane.
