Map Editor- Relocation Tool

Brief Description; Move Location To

A different type of tool icon that works off the currently selected people or POis
and moves them to the spot you click with this tool and save changes button to it to prevent possible mess-ups/misclicks/wrong tool.

That or more advanced method is have the location numbers have an edit button that selects that object brings you to the map with this new tool in hand to select where you want to move the editing location to.

Quick/Dirtier possible alternative implementation;
Giving a drop down locations menu akin to when editing player or npc locations found in the character editor to the POI editor.

Reason/Why;
To fix incorrectly placed players, characters, items, and locations generated by franz.
Also having it as a tool for the map editor would help moving or fixing large amount of on map items locations all at once.
