Memory issues with Franz 2.0

In my current campaign, I am noticing that Franz keeps forgetting even though I add lore box or other context to the campaign to have him remember, but alas he does not.

During this campaign, I killed goblins in a forest, went to their camp outside the forest and found a fey locked in a glass prison, looking like a lantern. But a few turns later, Franz has forgotten this and believe I killed goblins in the camp itself and forgot that I rescued her from the lantern. I have deleted several inputs to try and get Franz to respond correctly.
