Missing world

To whom it may concern: I have been paying my subscription since I created my two new worlds back in December 2023. However, I have not played them and now it seems that they are no longer available. Do you keep other people's ideas when they don't actively play their games, or do you just delete them? When I went back to log in you gave me a free profile and forced me into a world not of my own creation and made me choose a character, and I did all of this thinking I could see my own work after I had done so. This was not the case. If you are not going to give me my own content back, then I am going to discontinue my subscription.
