Mundane people shouldn't be having fully-fledged classes

Right now the game creates literally every single NPC as a fully fledged player character that has good ability scores, an absolutely huge amount of proficiencies and fully fledged class options. This is really unrealistic. The classes in DnD and the options given to them represent a very particular set of people that are outside the norm in many ways. But according to Franz, even the most random fruit vendor owner or passerby is a sly rogue with proficiency in half the skills in the game for some reason, a fighter that has proficiency with every single weapon and armor in the game, or a wizard that has academic level magic knowledge. Not every single NPC in the game is comparable to player characters and they shouldn't be treated as such.

In the future, there needs to be a system that can make mundane NPC's.
