NSFW Content not Working

From all I've read in content guidelines, o should be able to use a private campaign to focus on NSFW content so long as it's not related to children. The AI keeps telling me that it can't create or engage with any sexual content at all. I'm not sure if I'm missing a setting, but if not this appears to be a bug.
