POI movement

When Franz generates a poi it would be easier to clean up the map if we just had a drop down menu asking if that poi belongs in a certain area. This avoids the random spawn of poi’s in areas that don't fit the story and help mobile players clean the map since a mouse and computer screen can fix it in seconds.,
