Hi Friends and Fables Team,
I'm writing as a blind user who relies on a screen reader (NVDA on Windows 10 with Chrome) to flag two major accessibility issues that appeared in the "Open Campaigns" list after your latest update.
1. Quick Navigation Issue (Using 'H' Headers):
Before the Update: Navigation was fast: I could cycle quickly through open campaigns using the NVDA quick command $\text{H}$ (Headers), as each campaign's title was correctly formatted as a semantic Header element.
After the Update: Each campaign's poster is now exclusively recognized as a "Button" by the screen reader. As a result, the $\text{H}$ command no longer works. Since I cannot jump directly to the title, navigating the list has become extremely slow and frustrating.
Helpful Context: Luckily, in the "Discover" and "Workshop" sections, the layout remains correct, and $\text{H}$ navigation works perfectly. Please restore the previous semantic formatting for the Open Campaigns list.
2. Menu Functionality Issue (Campaign Deletion):
The Problem: When I navigate using the $\text{Tab}$ key and find the "Actions Menu" (which should open options like "Delete," "Open," etc.), and activate it (by pressing $\text{Enter}$ or $\text{Space}$), instead of opening the submenu, I am redirected straight to the campaign's chat/game screen.
The Result: I, and other keyboard/screen reader users, can no longer access essential options like deleting a campaign, as the menu activation is broken.
Helpful Context: I can confirm that in the "Discover" and "Workshop" screens, the campaign menu functions correctly, opening the action submenu as expected.
These issues, specific to the "Open Campaigns" section, severely impact the platform's usability for screen reader users. I kindly ask that you prioritize restoring the correct HTML semantics and menu functionality.
On a separate, positive note: I sincerely appreciate that you have begun mapping missing text labels to previously unlabeled buttons across the platform. This is a significant accessibility improvement that has not gone unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for this effort!
Thank you for your attention and hope for a quick fix!
Best regards,
