Sept 2024 Update doesn't apply Dex bonus to AC

Notice this Studded Leather example. The base AC is 12 but it should then add the DEX bonus of the character (in this case it should be 14 total because DEX of 14 adds 2 mod to AC). Per 5e rules https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/basic-rules-2014/equipment#ArmorandShields
