Spell descriptions (Casting Spell ?)

I still catch Franz not recognizing my spell when I decide to use it in combat. Maybe it’s the way I say “I use (Name Spell) on (Target)” ? I don't know. But I still catch Franz inventing a spell out of the name and not recognizing my spell. So here’s another bug report of the same problem.
