Spells showing in Default 5e spellcasting classes that aren't in their spellbooks

When worldbuilding, if you go to one of the default classes and click on it, there are spells showing in the class description that do not appear in the spellbook for that class. For example, one screenshot in this post is of a default Paladin class showing several spells that do not appear in the paladin’s spellbook. The other screenshot is of the default ranger class showing Time Travel as a cantrip? These screenshots were taken from the the Faladrim World but is replicable in any world that has the default 5e classes.
