Sync Issue

I have been trying to sync characters and pois ect with my main world at first i figured it was a issue with the campaign so i started another it is becoming a big issue when i am using the 6 credit version and cannot update the main world with my characters in my current campaign i have been on this game for some time, i triple checked if they had matching named and made sure no areas had matching poi’s it will not let me sync properly and is making the game not playable and causing me to waste hundreds of credits doing the same thing over and over to try and sync a world i am making
