Three enemies defeated won’t stay away

I beat a dryad that charmed my companion and a spider that had her tied up and the big bad called the benefactor all in one fight. Franz keeps bringing them back every few messages to say that they’re still there and their effects on my companion are still active. That she’s tied up by the spider and charmed by the dryad.
