Unwanted roll option

Could it be possible for the request changes tab to also put an option in for unwanted rolls? I have had multiple times now that when I want to take a simple action it requires me to roll. For example I suggest a course of action to an npc and I have to roll for a charisma or insight check to see if my suggestion is the correct course of action while I just want franz to narrate what the npcs think about the suggestion.
