Update to characters

It would be really nice to be able to get dynamic updates to characters you encounter. For example if they change their clothing or hair style or get a scar in combat, the appearance in their character description could be updated with a new button. Or if they get a new political or social rank, it could be added to their backstory.

The context could be taken from the recent story and the active memories.
