Windmills and Whispering Woods

I don’t know if this is the right place for this, but I’ve conducted a few campaigns in different settings and I swear the AI makes excessive use of old windmills and The Whispering Woods no matter what. Sometimes the AI will reuse old abandoned windmills in the same campaign two or three times.
